The aims of the proposed study are: 1) investigating the effects of different types of exergames on executive function among healthy paired adults; and 2) exploring the neurophysiological mechanisms using fNIRS hyperscanning.

Young, healthy young adults within the age range of 18-35 will be recruited for this study. Inclusion criteria for participants involve being right-handed, having normal or corrected-to-normal vision, and having no history of body injury, mental illness, or brain injury.;
