Validation for hemoglobin screening using machine-learning approach with retinal characteristics
1. To confirm the retinal image characteristics that significantly associated with anemia using machine-learning method; 2. To validate the final classification model for anemia based on a machine-learning approach as well as from specific set of retinal characteristics; 3.To compare the results of a fully automatic fundus camera (DRSPlus) to the current non-mydriatic fundus camera (CR2-AF) and evaluate the accuracy and efficiency for future potential.

1. Aged>18 years; 2. Willing to sign the inform consent; 3. Willing to comply with procedures required in the protocol; 4. Completed a fingerstick haemoglobin test.;

Subjects with other eye diseases which are not suitable for retinal imaging, such as severe cataract, glaucoma, atretopsia, corneal plague; 3. Subjects are distress with flashlight or have experience with photosensitive seizure; 4. Unwillingness or inability to comply with procedures required in the protocol.;
